Robbing another faction or member of a faction nomally results in the faction wanting retalliation for the faction or members robbery. As a faction or member, you're obligated to fear for your life if you have 3 pistols aimed at your head in the midst of a robbery.[/i]
[*][i]Tagging, breaking into cars and fistfights as a result of back and forth (unless that was the sole reason for entering the turf) won't be considered a faction attack unless it escalates to death or deathmode. Therefore you can have unfair fistfights, be caught tagging a faction's turf, and have no one be brought into death mode will not be an attack. However, if the roleplay pushes towards death mode where both players agree, this will be considered an attack on said faction.[/i]
[*][i]If a faction member brings a hostile interaction back to their related faction, then prepare for the consequences behind your wrong doings. If you are not in a faction (civilian) and are caught in the middle of the attack/fight/argument/interaction which resulted to your civilian ending up in death mode, then it's your fault for interacting with the faction whether it's inside or outside of the faction's turf.[/i]
[*][i]Please make sure that all of your attacks are portrayed and done in a realistic manner. Roleplaying the correct ways could be preparing with roleplay, making sure not to be seen, attacks are done in low-density areas, and not done in highly dense areas. As well as to not do attacks near government buildings or places you wouldn't think of a crime in the real world could lead towards a player punishment.[/i]
[*][i]If a fistfight breaks off in a faction's turf, and someone withdraws a weapon putting someone in deathmode. That faction who doesn't belong there will be deemed for the attack. If the other faction withdraws a weapon (said faction that lives in that turf), retaliate first, it will be considered a defense. If this situation breaks off in a neutral turf zone, the faction who withdraws a weapon with intent to kill will be the faction who attacked.[/i]
[*][i]Any faction that looks towards faction attacks, fistfights, or anything not revolving around the development of their roleplay will be terminated and punished. This will go for new factions who are constantly provoking as well in-character.[/i]
[*][i]As a faction member,you initiate inside of your factions turf first without your opposing faction dissing or anything would be a Attack your faction. You, as a faction or a member of a faction, are in your turf, say an opposing faction says your factions "Diss-Name" if you shoot at them then it would be considered defending your faction's turf.[/i]
[*][i]As a faction member(s) [i]you initiate a brawl within another faction's territory, it will be considered an attack on your end.[/i][/i]

[*][i]If a party/event is created in the OOC official YBN:LS-RBX Discord, the party is a greenzone. If a party/event is created IC it is not a greenzone. If a party is created and hosted by an Illegal Faction Member, it is not a greenzone. If it is created by a non Illegal Faction Member, the party/event is a greenzone.[/i]
[*][i]You are allowed to be in two illegal factions and this rule doesn’t apply to legal factions. If the two factions you’re in have beef or hostility to each other in any shape or form, you must choose one to prevent metagaming. You are NOT allowed to lead two illegal factions, please choose one to focus on. Do not try to play start with Faction Management either.[/i]
[*][i]If you’re a member of the Los Angeles Police Department and a detective, you may not join any illegal factions at all. This is to prevent metagaming with case-files. This mainly goes out for CRASH and Gang Unit.[/i]
[*][i]Solo faction attacks are forbidden unless your intentions are to kill a single individual within reason. You need at least 2 people to attack a rival faction.[/i]
[*][i]Factions are not allowed to transfer weapons from a previous faction after closing if it was Locked & Archived or closed by FM. Any faction that's caught transferring said firearms to a new faction without posting an asset transfer request or getting approval by Management will result in faction termination and/or ban(s) depending on severity.[/i]
[*][i]You can not roleplay a group or a gang without a faction thread up. Your timer will start as soon as the thread drops. You also aren't allowed to gatekeep an area.[/i]
[*][i]Not allowed to claim a turf unless the turf was given by Faction Management. Earning turf is the hardest part of being in a faction. Do not be involved with trouble or rule breaking. You shouldn't plan on attacking or provoking anyone without turf.[/i]
